Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Turning Heads with Caroline, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and that of my clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policy. Appointment Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service. No-Show Appointments Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without contacting me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require a deposit before booking. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to stay on schedule for all clients. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the cancellation fee may apply. Extension Appointments All extension services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Because extension appointments require significant preparation and reserved time, cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Emergencies I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected illness or emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business.
